About

I'm a software engineer and technical architect with about 20 years of experience designing and building systems that businesses depend on. Over the past decade-plus, I've grown into senior technical leadership — currently managing a team of developers across multiple concurrent projects — while remaining deeply hands-on as an architect and engineer myself.

My work spans both AWS and Azure, with deep experience across Lambda, API Gateway, Aurora PostgreSQL, ECS, CloudFront, and Bedrock, alongside Azure DevOps for CI/CD. On the application side, I build with Angular on the frontend and Python/FastAPI on the backend. I'm equally comfortable designing cloud architecture, writing production code, and setting technical direction and strategy for a team.

A recurring thread in my work is the unglamorous but critical stuff that makes systems trustworthy: disaster recovery planning, architecture governance, and CI/CD pipelines built to hold up under real-world conditions. Lately, that's extended into helping organizations adopt AI tools thoughtfully — evaluating where they genuinely improve how teams work, not just chasing what's new.

I like solving hard technical problems, mentoring engineers earlier in their careers, and operating at the intersection of hands-on architecture and strategic technical leadership.
